What are the price ranges of your meals? 

Perfect Fit Cuisine offers a variety of different packages based on what you are looking for. Our meal packages begin at $54.99 and range up to $479.96. We allow our customers to select which package best fits their personal and/or health needs.

How do I know which meal plan is for me?

Each of our menus is designed with your specific goal in mind. Each meal plan has a detailed description of what each menu is designed for. If you are unsure of which option is right for you, send us a quick email perfectfitcuisine@gmail.com or give us a call to better assist you, 305-549-4046.

What if I have food allergies or dislikes?

We allow complimentary exclusions at no cost to you. Just fill out the portion labeled ’Allergies and Food Restrictions’, so we are able to accommodate those requests.

How soon can I start?

All customers can sign up during the week and meals will be set up to go out that Sunday. Cut off time during the week is on Friday at 12:00 A.M.

For example: If you place your order on a Wednesday, your order will be processed for the following week: Monday.

What happens after my order is processed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. The confirmation email will have your order and the amount you are have been charged. Be sure to check the order confirmation for accuracy and let us know if anything is incorrect. Email: perfectfitcuisine@gmail.com

What is included in my Perfect Fit Cuisine meal package?

Depending on the type of meal package you choose, you will receive your meal package in a plastic bag with plastic utensils (napkin, fork, knife and spoon).

Accounting / Billing

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept checks.

How do I make changes or cancel to my orders?

Any changes to your delivery schedule or meal plan must be either be made through e-mail perfectfitcuisine@gmail.com or contact our customer service (305) 549-4046. Any downgrades to your meal plan will not take effect until the start of the next week, no downgrades are to be made mid-week.

When am I charged for my recurring subscription?

The subscription orders are processed on Friday morning at 12:00 P.M. If you would like to Cancel and/or Pause your subscription you must do so before Thursday 12:00 A.M. If you do not cancel it before this time you will be charged and receive meals for this week.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order please email us at perfectfitcuisine@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve issues quickly; however, we ask that you contact us no later then Thursday at 11:59 PM to avoid any delays.

Are there any discounts?

We offer a  $5.00 discount to all customers who sign up for Autopay.

What if I do not want to sign up for Autopay?

By going online and selecting the option to weekly go pick your package and pay for the week. However, keep in mind all orders must be placed by Friday at 11:59 P.M. If not, you will have to wait until the following week to start receiving orders.



Do you offer a pick up location?

We are currently only offering one pick-up location in located Hialeah, FL Colosseum Miami, (10850 NW 138th St Bay #5 Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018). Pick up schedule is: Monday – Friday starting from 5:00 AM until 9:00 AM. Alongside, the afternoon hours that range from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. All meals will be dropped off at this location labeled with your name and ready for pick up.

How are your meals delivered?

We deliver your meal(s) every night starting on Sunday night between the hours of 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM for the next day to ensure the freshness of the meals. Example: You will receive Monday meals on Sunday night between 6:00PM until 9:00PM

What if I receive an incomplete or damaged order?

Each case is unique and we will handle each one individually. If this unfortunate and unlikely event happens to occur, please contact us at perfectfitcuisine@gmail.com

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes, a fee will be added to your order based on the delivery location. In the check out section the fee will be automatically added to your total once the address is placed.

What if I do not receive my order?

There may be several reasons why you would not receive a delivery. Non-payment, a scheduled hold, our driver could not access your home, or an unforeseen delivery delay due to an uncommon and unavoidable circumstance. If you feel you have missed a delivery in error please call our customer service (305) 549-4046.

Can you deliver at a specific time?

Our drivers are trained to consistent with their delivery times. However, no specific time request can be accommodated. Each driver has a set route that is mapped via satellite taking into account real time weather and traffic conditions. Drivers are not authorized to change the order of their route on any given night.

What if I miss a delivery?

If you live in an apartment building or gated community that requires front desk/call box access it is the customers responsibility to ensure your driver is granted access upon arrival. If the driver cannot enter to complete delivery, they will be asked to leave the premises as per policy and continue their route. Driver is not permitted to return to a stop after the initial failed delivery attempt. Thus, if access is not granted upon arrival, no credits/refunds will be issued for the missed delivery.



What is the shelf life of a Perfect Fit Cuisine meal?

Our meals are fresh and delivered every night straight to you. Upon reception our meals will stay good for 3-4 days if kept refrigerated. You can also put them in your freezer and they will remain good up to 1 week.

How long should I heat up my meal?

We recommend heating your meal varying from your meal package. With the removal of the lid and placing the food in the microwave the time can range from 1-3.5 minutes. If you have a dinner plate option on your microwave, select the option.

Do you use any preservatives?

No, we use absolutely no preservatives in our meals. All of our food is cooked fresh the night before. We do not freeze any food whatsoever for use on a later date; we don’t believe in leftovers.

Are the meals low on sodium?

Our meals are sodium controlled. Only moderate amounts of all natural Kosher sea salt. This makes our meal plans perfect for those with high blood pressure

What type of protein sources do you serve?

We include a variety of protein sources in our plans including Chicken, Beef, Turkey, Tilapia, Salmon, Bacon, Turkey Bacon, Ham, Sausage, and Eggs.

What type of carbohydrates do you serve?

We have a wide variety of high quality carbohydrate sources including: Sweet Potatoes, Quinoa, Brown Rice, White Jasmin Rice, Yuca, Malanga, Butternut Squash, Plantains, Cauliflower Mash, Gluten Free Pasta, Oatmeal, Ezekiel Bread, Protein Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast and more.

What types of fats and oils do you use?

Some examples of healthy fats and oils that we use include: Avocado, Nut Butters, Nuts, Coconut, Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Coconut Oil.
